To this effort, PAI develops long term relationships with charter and independent schools through a continuous dialogue with principals, directors and school leaders to better understand the need to obtain the most qualified teaching professionals. Creating a resource for charter and independent schools to select the best and the brightest teaching professionals who embody a passion for education is what drives PAI.

Placement Services

  PAI markets qualified education professionals through a variety of resources. Before referral to the school, the qualified candidate meets with an experienced PAI education consultant to ensure the right fit for the school and candidate.

PAI provides qualified education professionals with verified professional credentials. Prior to assignment, all candidates are assessed by an experienced PAI education consultant for teacher effectiveness; classroom knowledge and management ability. Lesson plans are critiqued. Additionally, candidates are fingerprinted and background verified.

PAI monitors employee performance through an evaluation matrix including statistical performance, commendations and complaints, and team work.
