In recent years, we have seen an increase of federal, state, and local government initiatives for greater participation of underrepresented workers in public and private funded projects and contracts.
Penda Aiken, Inc works with all stakeholders to ensure that the workforce requirements to increase the employability of local residents and goals contained in the approved diversity plan are met throughout the course of the project.
