Penda Aiken, Inc. will lead and/or work with the stakeholders in the planning, execution and management of outreach engagement.  We work to increase utilization of qualifying M/W/DBE vendors to the needs of project stakeholders.  PAI provides a forum for residents and businesses to receive and discuss issues related to the project’s impact in the local community.  We plan, organize and manage outreach events aimed at evaluating and improving local resident skillsets; and matching qualified M/W/DBE business.
